Our founder spent two years inside operations teams that had paid six figures for software they could not change. In every case the code was competent. The relationship was the problem — no documentation, no repository access, no way to hire a different team without starting over.

3idhMinds was set up to be the opposite of that. We work in fixed phases, hand over running infrastructure in your own accounts, and write the documentation as part of the build rather than as an invoice line at the end.

What we do has not drifted since: web platforms, AI automation and agents, lead generation infrastructure, custom software, and the cloud work needed to keep all of it running. Nothing else. Clients are typically 10 to 300-person companies in the USA, Canada and Australia across logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, security and professional services.
