The money questions, answered.
How do you bill?
Projects are billed 40% on signature, 30% at the midpoint milestone and 30% on handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the first business day. All invoices are payable within 7 days.
Which currencies and methods do you accept?
We invoice in USD, CAD and AUD. Payment is accepted by bank transfer and by card or UPI through Razorpay. Card processing fees are absorbed by us on retainers and passed through at cost on one-off project invoices above $10,000.
What is not included in the quote?
Third-party costs — cloud hosting, domain registration, licences, SMS and telephony carrier charges, and paid API usage — are billed to your own accounts wherever possible, or passed through at cost with the provider invoice attached.
Can we pause a retainer?
Yes, once per twelve months for up to 30 days, with 14 days' notice. Retainer hours do not roll over between months.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
We issue a written change note with the additional cost and revised date before any extra work starts. Nothing is billed that you have not approved in writing.
