Privacy Policy

3idhMinds is an IT services and software products company serving clients in the USA, Canada and Australia. For the purposes of data protection law we act as a data controller for our own website and marketing, and as a data processor when handling data on behalf of a client under a services agreement.

• Contact details you submit through our forms: name, company, work email, country, budget range and the description of your project.
• Account and billing details when you subscribe to one of our products, including billing name, address and the last four digits of a payment instrument.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
• Support correspondence, including emails and call notes, retained so we can service your request.
• Client system data that we access only to deliver a contracted engagement, always under the client's instructions.

• To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver contracted services.
• To operate, secure and improve our products and website.
• To process payments and issue invoices and receipts.
• To send service notices such as maintenance windows, incidents and policy changes.
• To send occasional updates where you have opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We rely on performance of a contract for service delivery and billing, legitimate interests for security, analytics and business correspondence, consent for marketing email, and legal obligation for financial record keeping.

Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by our payment gateway partners, including Razorpay. Full card numbers never reach our servers. Payment providers process your data under their own privacy policies and applicable PCI-DSS obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vendors that help us operate, each bound by contract to protect it: cloud hosting and CDN providers, email delivery services, analytics, customer support tooling, payment gateways and accounting providers. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Because we serve clients in multiple countries, your data may be processed outside your own. Where that happens we use recognised transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and vendors with equivalent protections.

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact. Client and billing records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Product data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless the law requires otherwise. Backups roll off within 90 days.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access control, multi-factor authentication for administrative systems, logging and regular dependency patching. No system is perfectly secure, but we notify affected clients and, where required, regulators without undue delay after confirming an incident.

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion where we have no overriding legal obligation to retain it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Request portability of data you provided to us.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies for site function and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; the site remains usable without analytics cookies.

Our services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes are announced by email to active clients and by a notice on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
